Term & Condition

Our staff’s dedication is the main source that succeeds ARYAS LAUNDRY goals, therefore equipping a safe and effective working environment for our staff is our basic provision and main focus in keeping our primacy standard service.

1. Arya’s Laundry tidak bertanggungjawab pada kerusakan yang terjadi atas pencucian dengan proses yang normal, penyusutan, kelunturan warna, kehilangan kancing, barang-barang berharga yang tertinggal bersama pakaian. (Arya’s Laundry will not be responsible for any damages resulting from normal process, shrinkage, color fastness, loss buttons or anything left in the pokets).
2. Penggantian atas pakaian yang hilang atau rusak tidak melebihi 10 kali ongkos mencuci pakaian tersebut. (Liability of loss and damages are limited to an amount not exceeding 10 times the laundry charge of the items).
3. Semua keluhan harus disampaikan dalam jangka waktu 24 jam setelah pakaian dikirim dengan menunjukan nota asli. (All claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery and must be accompanied by the original list)
4. Untuk layanan express akan dikenakan biaya tambahan sebesar 50% dari harga normal. (Express services will be charged 50% from the laundry charge of the items normal).
5. Arya’s Laundry tidak bertanggung jawab pada pakaian yang tidak diambil selama 30 hari. (Arya’s Laundry is not responsible for clothing left for more than 30 days).
